I do a lot of shopping online from ebay.ca and tmart.com and some other sites and never had a bad experience. Some of my work colleagues order some stuff from ahappydeal.com and they were pleased with the items they got for the price and recommended it to me. Based on their recommendations I was fooled into ordering an android tablet from ahappydeal.com and that marked the beginning of a never ending ordeal for me and undoubtdely the worst experience in my online purchasing.

Tablet took forever to arrive. Saying that I was unpleased or shocked by the cheap quality would be a massive understatement. Needless to say that I had to send it back under warranty (cost me $$$ to send it back not to mention the lost time). Kept following up but was told to wait and wait and wait. In the meantime my colleagues who recommended me also got some bad items and they also sent it back.

Finally they acknowledged that they have recieved the faulty item but since it has been a month since they first shipped it to me they will not refund but replace. Having no choice I accepted a replacement although I had already bought a tablet from local store. But since I was going on vacations outside country I explicitly told them not to ship it before a specific date but they ignore my clear instructions and shipped it and it arrived while I was not in the country to receive it so it went back. Contacted them again but all the time I get same response and I am pretty sure that they don't even read what the customer is writing and always give me the same response. It really takes about 4-5 messages before they understand what are you saying. I have still not received any refund or replacement and it has been FIVE months already.

So the long story short. SAVE YOURSELF FROM POSSIBLY THE WORST DEAL OF YOUR ONLINE LIFE. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND THEN WILL CURSE YOURSELF FOR NOT TAKING MY ADVICE

I AM IN NEED TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO a decision making authority, I have been deprived of any contact form any senior authority and have been forced to
