"Be aware of aHappyDeal.com, not only do they mess up your billing but there is no real customer service and orders are canceled without the consumer's decision. There order processing is VERY slow and the merchant HOLDS your funds until they decided when they want to process your order. Response time to my complaint was poor even when i left a phone number for them to call. Don't waste time, if the price looks to good to be true....it is!"

"I ordered (2) items from aHappyDeal.com and they received my money from my PayPal account. The online notice said the products would ship within 24 hours and that they were in stock. Well, some 5 days later it did not ship, even after I had selected and paid for expedited shipping. So I opened a dispute in PayPal which could simply be closed provided they ship my products that I paid for. Their reply was that NOW the items were in stock and if I close the dispute that they will process the order right away...heck, they already got my money now they threaten to process my order ONLY when I close the dispute knowing you can't reopen it...not a chance. I am VERY unhappy with my experience and it could have been resolved by simply processing my order or telling me back when I ordered that they did not have the product in stock...either way they mislead me regarding my purchase."
"I would like to update some information on the review i posted earlier this week that i feel is very important to the customers of ahappydeal.com part of this is is repeated info but is important info to the review. I was so excited at first with what i thought was a great deal i was getting through the people at ahappydeal.com, but now i'm not so sure. You guys SAY you have great shipping and ONLY had me pay 17.98 for shipping BUT then changed my shipping WITHOUT NOTICE! stating that the u.s. doesn't have d.h.l so you had to ship it by u.s.p.s which changed my delivery days from 3-5 days to a possible 7-10 day depending on where i live but you guys show that you use UPS so why didn't you use them to get me the shipping date i paid for? Another thing is that you guys SAY on the page it ships within 24 HOURS it took you guys 3 days to ship mine out!! and over 2 days to process the order but only 2 MINUTES to pull the money out of my account!!. OH and why am i paying so much for shipping when i know that flat rate shipping from U.S.P.S is only 12 dollars, and i am paying 18$? i also would like to know why the suposed 3.5mm headphone jack is NOT the correct size not one of my headphones will work in it and every time i try to download apps it says there isnt enough space on the device witch is bull becausE i added a 32 gb micro sd card to it! Not to mention you should be able to plug the tablet phone up to ur computer to transfer items and it lists that one of the usb drives is messed up so it wont even work that way. Im sorry but "coupons" arnt gonna do anything for these problems your telling me you dont even ship the actual product listed and now you want to make it better by giving me coupons so i get what ten dollars off a fifty dollar item... Im not ordering anything from you guys again unless im guaranteed its the exact product and you guys are really gonna have to figure out something better then a dang coupon to make me happy, For 100 dollars i expected this product to atleast function properly! I also wanted to update you that i read the pamphlet again and it also stated that it should be a 3.5mm STANDARD headphone jack which it is not so for your excuse of "you need to read the pamphlet" WHICH i did three times YOUR COMPANY CANNOT use that excuse! AND in the pamphlet it also states that it will hold an sd card of 32 gb. I would also like to state again that NOWHERE on your page does it say that you will ship out an item that looks like the one ordered but has diffrent specifications. I also called the customer service number and found it was a fake! I feel very sorry for the older lady i woke up at 11 pm U.S.A time considering it states on ur page you have to call during the over seas times listed at the bottom! So i have found that i need to take more serious of measures and am going to have to start reporting the site to online agencies, no one should have to go through the hassel i am and be scammed out of their money for things that are listed as something they are not, if your company can not come to an understanding of what they have done and how they are scamming innoccent people then i will search for people who will take notice and if nothing else make sure that your future customers will know what you have done to the rest of us and to be very leary of your so called "deals" and that they will most likely regret any type of deals they make with your company unless you take serious action in preventing this from not only this happening to me again but your other customers as well. I ordered for a tablet PC and USB keyboard on June 02, 2013. They charged me AUD 120 but never shipped the commodities. When I followed up in the month of September 2013 they say that they shipped the items. In addition to that they are now asking USD 60 for reshipping. I already paid for the shipping cost.
