"This was my first order w/ajmoss. Items arrived quickly and all was correct. Upon opening the bedspread and placing it on my bed I realized it had a very musty, moldy, unpleasant odor. The shams and other pieces were fine. I called Moss returns and was told they would contact the manufacturer (Croscill) and get back to me. That was four weeks ago and I am still waiting. I am very upset as I kn have a new bed w/ no bedding now for five weeks. I have called back several times, lines are always busy. If this does not get resolved soon it will definitely be my last order, as well as the many friends I had told about the site. We were all very impressed with the selection and prices at Moss, but if they don't back their product the those things are worthless in my opinion. I have two homes and switch out bedding often and was really excited to find this wonderful selection but looks as if I will need to continue looking. I think four weeks is ample time to resolve any situation or at the very least be updated as to the progress of the situation."
