"When I first ordered my refrigerator, I gave AJ Madison a 4-star rating and wrote this: "The website is well layed out, informative and super easy to use. When I attempted to ask another question on the chat, it was unavailable. I wanted to inquire as to when my refrigerator would arrive; however, that remains to be seen because I don't know right now." BUT.................READ ON!

I am disappointed because of the discrepancies as to when my order will be shipped. I submitted my order on August 2, 2019. An email confirmed that I should receive the refrigerator in a couple weeks. My understanding of a couple of weeks would be two weeks; however, I have found out from AJ Madison (AJM) it's whenever.
After two phone calls and two emails, the AJM charge no longer showed up on my credit card account as pending (waiting to be charged when shipment is acknowledged). So I called AJM yet again on August 11, 2019 to see why the pending charge disappeared from my credit card. I was told "that sometimes happens." At that time, I also asked to speak with customer service about the shipping and after waiting 25 minutes, no one took my call so I hung up. After speaking with AJM credit department, AJM did charge my card indicating that the refrigerator was shipped on August 12, 2019. Now, my account shows that I will receive the refrigerator between August 19-26, 2019. Therefore it could take up to 14 more days to receive even though I paid AJ Madison not one but two thousand dollars.
After AJM charged my credit card, I received an "Email Shipment Tracing Link" (carrierlogistics.com) which I responded to; however I haven't received any confirmation from that "company."

What kind of company does business this way and refuses to answer my call on August 12, 2019 to explain??? Why would an AJM customer (me) cancel now and have to start this insane process over with another company? I can share my experience with ResellerRatings.com as well as other outlets.
