"I purchased a North Face Redpoint Optimus jacket from Altrec. They priced matched another retailer's cheaper price with their great price match plus policy. The price match was quick and I wasn't sent through any loopholes about the policy, a rare occurrence with other stores and "price match policies." My order was also shipped free via USPS. The website said it would take up to a week to arrive, but the jacket was shipped via USPS Priority Mail (the jacket compressed into a fairly small size, so I'm not sure if the same shipping method applies to larger items) and arrived from Oregon to Maryland (across the country) in two days. I ordered Monday night and received it Thursday afternoon. Very quick for a cross-country purchase from my experiences.
