Dann nichts mehr gehört.
Nach einer Woche rief ich an und die Ware war versandfertig.
Ein paar Tage später stellte sich heraus, dass es vergriffen war. Dann wieder und am nächsten Tag nein. Ich hatte die Wahl zu warten oder abzubrechen. Habe letzteres gemacht, aber danach überhaupt keine Antwort von dieser Firma. Auch kein Geld zurück. Also hier nichts bestellen. Sie erhalten keine Bestellung und anscheinend auch kein Geld zurück."
"Placed an order 925Euros on 30th of March 2019. At that time all items were available and decided to go ahead as I needed the items urgently.
On 17th of April, and after sending them an email asking when the order should be expected to arrive, I received an email from Mrs Batscheider saying "...sorry for the delay. The items are not on stock and still missing. Your order will be ready to ship in about one week. Sorry for this long delay."
Totally unacceptable service, no notification or email on the delay, creates terrible problems for me, I hope to at least get the items I ordered at some point. I will update this review if/when I receive the items.
UPDATE 5TH OF MAY 2019:
After another "sorry for the delay" email I got back from them, I managed to cancel order a week ago after they gave me a rough time trying to contact them. I still have no money refund and am VERY worried I will never get my money back!!! I will update this review if/when I receive the amount of money back."
"I order 3 weeks ago a CO2 system with a delivery time of 7-9 days (inside Germany) and it is still not being delivered. The explanation is that it is out of stock and they are waiting for the new ones to arrive... but why don´t they write that on the product page.
When today I called them and explained all the problems their LIES have caused me (cause actually they have no real clue when can they deliver) the woman at the telephone JUST HANG ON ME. And just after 34 phone calls I could cancel my order.

#The search function is a bit off as well, even if you type in product name or category it cant find anything.
