"I went online the minute tickets for the Linkin Park Chester Bennington memorial concert went on sale, to find ticket master already sold out. I frantically looked for tickets when I came upon this site, and instantly purchased the first ones I could get. After paying $350 for two nose bleeds, I came across the reviews for this site and I instantly had buyers remorse.
Fast forward one week, they emailed me saying they had better seats for the same price, and I accepted them and patiently waited for my tickets which arrived via email 2 days later.
After easing these reviews I was concerned that I would arrive at this sold out concert, and be rejected for fake tickets.
Day of concert arrives, and I am so nervous that I make sure we get there 2 hours early, and guess what? WE GOT IN!
Yes, I paid almost triple what the listed ticket price was, but that is the price you pay for a once and a lifetime experience in my opinion. In my eyes, I got what I paid for and I would do it all over again! "

I was buying a ticket for 162. i clicked on review order, nothing happens, I click again, and suddenly, ****, I paid for the tickets without the review and there was a 53. fee that I had not seen anywhere before. I called them up, they are horrible. spoke to supervisor, garbage. they basically said all sales are final regardless of how it happens and kept insisting the fee was listed on the review. But of course, i never saw the review. They should be fined, punished and put in jail. they are the scum of the earth. "
"I had the worst experience with Bargain Seats. I paid $700 for Coldplay tickets and thought I was all set. When I tried to print my tickets they told me they were sold to someone else. I couldn't understand that because they took my money and confirmed my tickets! I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back and had to purchase Coldplay tickets from a reputable site. I will never again order from here and advise anyone thinking they're getting a bargain to shop else where so you're not in the same position as me trying desperately to get my money back!"

I ordered tickets first and they contacted me to tell me someone else bought them out from under me and of course when I ordered a 2nd time my price went up."
