"I did an extensive online search to find the best seats at the best price for an event and purchased 3 tickets very late in the day. I even called and spoke with a delightful CSR to confirm whether there was a discount coupon to apply when prompted which there was not. But I felt the price was still fair and finalized the purchase. The next morning, I received an email requesting I call the CT-based company whereupon I was informed that the tickets were no longer available and that it would take 5 business days to refund to my card. The alternative vendors were now either sold out or re-priced higher. So I am no longer attending this event, am singularly unimpressed with bargainseatsonline and will not be recommending them."
"I don't understand why I had to pay $7.50 in delivery charges when the tickets were emailed to me and I printed them off myself. With the $20 per ticket "service fee" that should more then cover the email costs. Seems like a big rip off to me."
