"My experience was ok. The only problem I had was when looking for seating for me and my husband for the concert I bought tickets for, there was no option for disabled assisted seating. And since I am disabled, it bothered me quite a bit. But thanks to me calling the arena personally, they are going to comp our seating at an appropriate area for what I need! That might be something you would or should change about your site. If it had not been for the affordability of the tickets, I may have gone to a different site to get the tickets!"
