"As far as I understand when I purchased $90.00 (plus tax and delivery fee) that cost me $140.00/each ??? tickets I made sure the seat at the orchestra were in the middle of the A row. To my surprised we were seated at the last seat Orchestra center.Row R ,seat 109 and row 110.
I received the mail twice, one envelope was delivered Dec.5 and again the mailman knocked at my door Dec 9 at around 7:00pm with the same tickets.
The price of the ticket was too expensive considering seated at the last Row. "

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After ordering tickets for Rockettes Christmas Spectacular for what I thought was 12/22 I received an email stating that I had ordered for 11/22! I called him immediately afterwards and asked to exchange the tickets for equal or whatever they could do for me for 12/22. He would not allow me to do that. I also emailed and left voice mail with Song Entertainment. Again, I was told they would not help me and that I would have to sell them. Of course, I had ordered them 4 1/2 days before this performance and didn't have them in my hands until 5:30 pm from Fed Ex the evening before Friday's 11:00 AM performance! There wasn't enough time to even post them online to sell! I did make numerous calls to Radio City and a couple of other places to let them know that I'd like to email photos of the tickets and would like for them to give them to a couple of people to use! I never even received a courtesy call back from anyone!
It was a lifelong dream of mine to attend the NYC Rockettes Christmas Spectacular and my husband and I are working on our bucket lists (we're 65 and 66 yrs. old) and now we'll be unable to attend the Spectacular as I will not buy tickets AGAIN! In fact, I will be too afraid to order online ever again and will just let my hotel concierge handle our tickets from now on! We spent $337.92 of hard earned money on nothing! I'm not a wasteful person."
