"We paid for expedited shipping to the tune of an extra $30.00 so the laptop keyboard we needed would arrive within 3-6 days as promised on their website. 2 weeks later, we checked on the status of our order only to find that the item was still in Hong Kong.
They completely ignored our request to cancel our order. A complaint to Paypal must have dislodged the package from wherever it was, because it showed up on our porch 2 weeks later, but Paypal also refused to refund any of the $67.00 or so that went down the drain. The invoice that came with it shows the value of the item at $19.00.
Do not waste your time or money ordering from these thieves. It is nothing short of a complete and total ripoff.
And--as if all that weren't enough--it's the WRONG FRAKKING KEYBOARD!"
"I ordered a set of hinges for a laptop that I was fixing for a senior citizen that has no access to the outside world due to disability on December 07, 2019. I checked the shipping dates on when I would receive this item and it stated 6-10 days. Today is January 21 and I just received the item 2 days ago. I had to dispute the item with Paypal 2 weeks ago because after several emails back and forth from the company, it was clear that I was not getting anywhere with them. They were not willing to help me. They wanted me to give them 2 more weeks. They did provide a tracking number but I checked the information daily and the item had not been updated and no shipping information was given. I ended up ordering the item from another company due to this. I am denying the shipment and sending the item back. I will NEVER order from this company again. I feel had I not filed a complaint with Paypal, I would have never received my item."

This is my story: I bought online a battery from top-battery- adapter for my laptop. After a few weeks I got it at home. I charged it to 100%. When discharged up to 99%, a Windows message indicating battery low and the warning symbol appears on screen (!!!). With 33% load, the computer goes into hibernation. A week after starting to use the battery, the program Everest Ultimate (hardware analysis utility) indicates a 16% wear (!!!). I have written several messages to Alan from top-battery- adapter Customer Service to indicate the problem and find a solution, and I have not had any response.

I needed it for my work computer so I paid $29 for rush shipping. 2 days after my order I receive a email saying it has shipped and I will receive it 7 to 15 days. In what world is that rush? I emailed them. They agreed to charge only standard shipping. 28 days later I had still not received the battery. I opened a complaint with PayPal. Their tracking link never worked at all. Until now when it magically works and show it being delivered. But we never received it. "I like this site. My keyboard is broken, I tried to purchase one from other seller, but they sent wrong product to me and would not like to admit their mistakes. "I was very disappointed after doing business with battery-adapter. They represented their product as 'original' to my laptop so I assumed what I ordered would be identical to the manufactured keyboard that came with my laptop. No where in the advertising of the keyboard I ordered did it say it was not back lit, so I didn't think it would have to be specified if the product they were advertising was an original product. My particular laptop, the Toshiba E-205 series, was originally manufactured with a back light so I thought if it were a factory original it would be back lit. I notified the company via e-mail right away and was told that because they felt the mistake was mine that I would have to pay the return postage and an additional $8 would be deducted from my refund to cover the original shipping cost which was initially free. I felt this was NOT my error since the laptop was not manufactured without a back lit keyboard so when purchasing an original factory keyboard one would think it was the standard for the model. This company has no concern for customer satisfaction and allows the cost of shipping to result in an extremely disgruntled customer who's going to frequent all the social media sites to spread the word of their misleading business practices. Since this company is based out of Hong Kong, it's not worth my paying the return shipping to get a partial refund. I feel they should be apologizing for any inconvenience their misleading representation of the product caused me and refund me in full, hoping I'll turn around and order the back lit keyboard which is listed on a completely different page than what I was led to when entering my request on the search bar on their site. Apparently, I had to specify 'back lit keyboard', even though it is standard equipment on the laptop model I ordered the keyboard for. "

But unfortunatly the M key was not working, I advised them of this and was told not to spend money on return postage and a replacemet would be sent out
Within 5 days I had the replacement, this is in my laptop as I write now and it is perfect

"My order was a cooling fan for my Asus M51sn. After I dusted it a few times noise didn't get any better and I decided to replace it. I wasn't in a hurry but I ordered on 29 April and received on 10th of May. I thought it was quite fast. While I was searching for fan replacement I saw prices from 20-45 dolar and this one was half the price so I ordered this.
The product I ordered was "Brand New ASUS F3, F3J, A8 Series CPU Cooling FAN" and my laptop was in the Fit Model list.
It took me 10-15 minutes to replace it. And I was worried it might not fit like the original one but I had no problem it fit very well.

"Ordered a new keyboard for my Toshiba Satellite L650 on March 21, 2012. Couldn't really track it until it arrived in New York, NY for customs. I could not be more pleased! Arrived today April 04, 2012. Exactly 14 days. Installed it minutes ago and now am writing this review. The package was in a long slender box with some superhuman tape wrapped around the corners and edges. After finally getting the box opened, I CAREFULLY pulled the keyboard out. It was wrapped in clear plastic and then wrapped in bubblewrap. There was also a foam buffer on the inside edge of the box. I could tell this product was handled with the utmost care. "This was the only vendor I was able to find for the laptop keyboard I needed. ( with a reasonable price anyway )
With the tracking links and reference numbers I was provided, there was no shipping information available on my order for nearly a week. The USPS link finally began showing shipping activity around the middle of last week. At that time it was still showing as being in Hong Kong.
When the package finally arrived, I immediately unpacked it to install it. Before installing however, I noticed that the keyboard is bent. It mounts in the laptop and functions, but the number pad and calculator keys stick up out of the keyboard frame.
I double checked and the packaging was not damaged in shipping. So it had to have come from the vendor in this condition.
The keyboard works, and it by far surpasses the malfunctioning one that was removed despite the condition it was sold in. However I would only consider buying from battery-adapter again as an absolute last resort. "
