"I had ordered a Sony Vaio laptop keyboard in a color before checking availability (which I rarely do). Within a short period, I was advised that the color I had ordered was not in stock, and asking if I would like the alternative color.

This was greatly appreciated instead of just sending the alternative color because the color I ordered was the only one I needed.

I asked for a refund and was issued one with no problems very quickly.

It is listed under product information - my mistake to assume correct shipping information would be listed under shipping. Customer service was responsive, but rude. The quality of the keyboard is the best, you cannot tell the difference between the original keyboard and the new one!
