"This is the second time I've ordered something from Beachbody and it was delayed in shipping. I was promised that it would be here in 3-5 business days, and if not, they would ship it 2-day express. I tracked it and it was SHIPPED 5 days after ordered, and scheduled to arrive 10 days after ordered. They will not reship or cancel the order. They did refund the shipping cost, which is why I'll give them a "fair" rating on customer service. Very frustrating."
"I too had a less than favorable experience with Beachbody's user website and customer service department. I have nothing at all bad to say about their videos... they get the job done but in all other areas they are seriously lacking. Their user website is insanely difficult to navigate and use. I signed up to be a Coach, not to actually be one but to enjoy the discount benefits on products but its a racket because they want you to be on autoshipments for EVERYTHING and at their prices, even with the discount, it's outrageous. Trying to navigate the site or get someone from customer service on the line to return it is a nightmare and if you miss that 30 day window well too bad. It's just a joke. So now, I'm stuck with 2 bags of Shakeology at $115 bucks a pop and I still have a third at home to get through. Bye Beachbody... the couch never looked so good!"
"I enjoy the Beachbody DVD's very much. That aside I think the company is a joke. They have terrible customer service and are borderline a scam. They sent me their expensive shake after I called and requested cancellation of my auto shipment. I asked if I could refuse return to sender and they said no, the only way they'd accept a return is if I paid for shipping. You have to love a company that forces you to waste money to make things more difficult for you. I did that and they still refused to refund my money after providing me with a return authorization. I had to go to my credit card to dispute the charge. I will never do business with them again."
