the item their Customer Service is NON-Exsistant. You cannot get through to Beachstore.com with your complaint. I've e-mailed them, I've phoned, I tried chat, I've send letters in the mail. Their website looks beautiful and says hazzle-free returns. Do not fall for it! It's a big lie!. Beachstore.com is a big FRAUD! I am so angry I'm taking my complaint to Consumer Affairs and to the Attorney General. I hate being ripped off.

"*** W A R N I N G *** STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. Bought two beach lounge chairs, an umbrella, and 2 towels and had them shipped to where I was to be staying in FL. Ordered plenty early, but the ARRIVED LATE. Then after three uses, one of the chairs had a leg break and the FIRST time I used the umbrella, the screw point broke when putting it into the sand. Took pictures and called customer service on 7/13/2018 and was told I'd be shipped new merchandise, however, I was leaving FL the next morning and requested a refund, as i would not be back to use them for quite some time. Yulaisy Dominguez in customer service told me... on speaker in a doctors office... that I would be refunded under the circumstances. Now almost 3 weeks and many calls and emails later, I am told I can only get a store credit. Called owner Eytan Benzeno ***-***-**** who was rude, nasty and told me I "obviously abused" the items. STAY AWAY.... lousy quality merchandise, NO customer service, I am reporting to the FL Attorney General under Sec 501 Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. You should too."
"Ordered a Frankfort umbrella and 3 chairs. 2 weeks later got a email asking if the order was filled, which it was not. Tried to rely to that email and cancel the order and got an email saying the sender "was a third party". Then tried to call 4 or 5 times and never got through to cancel the order. Left messages, still zero response and the charges have not been reversed. "
"We ordered a 7.5 ft expensive umbrella through this site over the same offerings at Wayfair and Houzz because the item was purported to be in stock and shipping took 7-10 business days. We paid $100 over the Wayfair and Houzz offers due to the need to have the umbrella delivered on time. No umbrella yet and a call to TheBeachStore.com indicates it should ship out from NJ “soon”. The 7-10 days was really when they might start the shipping process, not the expected delivery time. This was not at all clear and ended up $100 extra for nothing. Will not use this company again. "

"I ordered one RIO 6.5' Sun Blocking Vented Beach Umbrella w/ Sand Anchor - Margaritaville Stripe order no. 270-SO111071 on 10/17/2017 but received instead a low quality, not new umbrella branded Hang Ten on 10/18/2018. The umbrella I received is not only not the product that I ordered, it is a cheap umbrella, it is not new, it is scratched and it is even dusted with sand!
I immediately submitted case number CA 17015 with photos, requesting authorization for return and a full refund for $40.04 which includes the product price, taxes and shiiping; I have also sent follow up emails and have called their customer service phone number with no response
I am attaching photos of the product that I receive to prove that it is not new and it is dirty with sand.
I request once more either a full refund or exchange for a new product, the same brand and model that I ordered.
I finally received a replacement product of the correct brand, in new condition. Case is resolved to my satisfaction"
