"This company is totally crooked. They do not answer their phones or customer service line. They delayed my shipping for 2 weeks and ignored my efforts to cancel. When I finally got someone on the line, they told me I have to pay for return shipping and restocking. Do not do business with them. I reported them to the BBB."

"This is the place to shop if you're not picky about what items are shipped to you. When you receive your item which is either misrepresented on their website or simply not what you ordered, you will have the privilege of paying to return the item and then having a ridiculous restocking fee deducted from your refund. Customer service is especially wonderful. No one ever answers the number listed on their website. All in all, it's possible that their way of doing business is simply misunderstood. Perhaps that's why their BBB accreditation as been revoked."
