"Bought A Beach Umbrella this summer after 3 uses it would not stay open any more. Trying to return/exchange umbrella has been way to difficult. After emailing them , did not get a reply, called and left a message, still no response. After 10 days I called again and finally got a hold of someone. Now they want pictures of how the umbrella won't stay up. I ask the rep I spoke to if this was normal for their product and his reply was "I Don't Know". So now I just want a refund for this piece of junk."
"I have always wanted an nice aluminum and fiberglass sturdy beach umbrella. The local stores do not appear to carry them. I did a google search and found your store and products. I ordered on the weekend and was hoping to get the merchandise for a time that was being planned at the end of the week on the beach with my sister who was flying in for my birthday. I received it in two days!! I was so pleased! Very good quality! I am thinking of buying a couple of Christmas gifts for my adult children also so that they do not have to borrow mine!!"

“Unfortunatlly, This customer recieve the wrong item, but of higher value. As we ran out of the item the customer ordered, we asked the customer if she would consider keeping the item she recieved, at no additional charge. When we realized the customer was disatified with the other umbrella, we issued a full refund and allowed the customer to keep the items sent in error.”
