"The delivery costs are as high as the cost of the berries. What appears to be a good deal is ruined when the $20 delivery charges are added to the $29 berries charge...seems a bit deceptive and shady"

"I'm not pleased with the separate delivery charges. I am ordering an item to arrive 2 days from now. I realize that's short notice so I understand the Rush fee. The standard fee plus my local carrier fee is a little over the top. I would suggest a standard fee or a hefty Rush fee. I won't order from Sharis Berries again due to these charges. I don't mind paying for what I purchase but this is a little over the top. The product prices are good for gourmet but delivery should be a little easier. If special delivery required, I'll pay that fee. But don't charge me 3 times for a special delivery."

"when I went to check out the items I selected were listed as thefull price and not the sales price. Then too both items going to the same address had approx. $20 per item of delivery charges. I would think 2 boxes of cookies wouldn't cost $40 dollars to deliver. I reached out and chatted with Kim H and she said she would look into my order after I placed it. I wasn't taking that chance of oh I looked and there isn't anything I could do. You are now stuck with 118 dollars to deliver a package of cookies... So no I probably won't recommend you to most of my friends, because they can't afford it."
