"First I will start by saying that I called to confirm that Best Price Photo had the canon t3i with a U.S. manufacture warranty in stock and the service rep. took a few mins to check and said yes they do have them ready to ship and all there products have a U.S. warranty and if I ordered then I would have it next week. I am headed on vacation hints the reason my wife wants a new camera on the 28th. So all sounds great well wile no the phone the first time with the sales rep he was rude and when he did say they were in stock he replied with so do you want to order the camera or not and I said I planned to order it from you online and he hung up in my face with out saying anything. Second Monday morning I placed the order for the camera and then about and hour or so later I called just to make sure everything went through and this sales rep. Which sounded like the same guy typed in my name and then asked when did I order and I told him this morning and he said call back tomorrow and hung up in my face again. At this point I am worrying about the whole thing. Well called on Tuesday like he said and was told that the camera does not have a U.S. manufactures warranty but for $100 more it will??? Then he said they needed to confirm my shipping address and tried to sale me accessories and I said no thanks I just need what comes in the box from the manufacture. He says well you have to pick from the 2 hr. or 5 hr. battery? Never knew they gave you a choice. As of today the 15th i am thinking I made a bad decision ordering here because no shipping conformation and they still have not billed my credit card so who knows?? There phones and web site says closed for holiday on the 15th??? Will update my complete experience when everything goes through hopefully well.
OK UPDATE ON 5-17-2013
I still have no shipping info and just got an email from this review site saying that best price photo said i broke rule #9 what ever that is?? i guess saying i didnt have an order in the first place so i sent a copy of the first email with all the order information. i am on the phone with them right now and as of now been on hold for over 30 minutes and plan on cancelling but have not been able to get ahold of anyone just getting transferd around and now i just got hung up on??? my order went in on monday and they say 24-72hrs to ship out well we are well past that.

I just got a call from Rodger that explain in detail that they were behind due to the holidays and playing catch up and i can understand that. He reasured me that on Monday the 20Th that my camera and all other stuff will be shipped out and he has upgraded the shipping to make up for the time lost from the holiday. So for Rodger doing this and he said he will make sure that i get the shipping confermation with a tracking number on monday so i am going to bump the review up some untill the full process is complete then i will leave overall review. Will update Monday when the tracking and shippment information is sent. thanks"
"UPDATE: I had written the negative review below, but I would like to update regarding my positive experience this morning. I finally spoke to a helpful representative. Roger at ext. 501 was VERY helpful! He actually listened to me and rectified the situation. He called the warehouse manager and they agreed to mail my package out Fed-ex and that I would receive my package on Thurs. 5/23. This is when I need my camera and I was very thankful for his help. Let's just hope I can figure out how to use it quickly. :) He also threw in a free memory card and a few other items because of my troubles. Thank you Roger for your help. The other reps need to take a lesson from you on customer service. I would use bestpricephoto.com again as long as I can deal with Roger!
I have had a horrible experience with bestpricephoto.com. It seemed great because of the prices. However, I have received awful customer service. I placed an order on 5/7 and as of 5/15 my camera and lens have still not shipped. I called yesterday 5/14 to find out what the status is on my camera. I was told they would process it and ship within 48 hours and then another 7-10 days to arrive. I asked why it didn't ship out earlier. I was told that I hadn't called back about a memory card. I said I would call if I wanted one and I didn't. I never said to hold up my order you said you would process right after we spoke on 5/8. I am very disappointed that I wont have my camera for a trip I really wanted it for. I got transferred to the same person over and over and no one seemed to care. I emailed and no one seemed to care. I would have thought that they would have at least rushed my order. At this point their site says they are closed until Friday. Does that mean my order wont ship until then??? I never right negative reviews, but I am very unhappy!!!"
"I placed an order on May 3, 2013 for a Canon lens which was supposedly available. As of today, 11days later, the lens has not yet shipped, yet my credit card was charged. Three days ago, I called BestPricePhoto to inquire on my order. It took two calls and a little under one hour to be told my order was being processed and a tracking number would be available within 48 hrs. This evening I visited the website only to learn they will be closed until May 17 due to a holiday. I can't figure out what holiday they might be observing!
I regret placing my order with them. I feel BestPricePhoto has not been honest with me nor represented their services. I only hope the Canon len I get is new and with a USA warranty. "
"edit: Less than 1 hour after cancelling my order, Roger Walker from customer service contacted me to expedite order this week or send me complimentary battery and some accessories for my bad experience if i update my review to reflect such.
i now have a neutral opinion of this vendor. Rodger also emailed me an order cancellation confirmation while we were on the phone.
1. before ordering i researched vendor reviews & they seemed ok (not great) but the price was very low.
2. i called the vendor to verify product was in stock and they assured me it was and told me they had plenty.
3. i ordered online and received confirmation email.
3a. Vendor called me same day confirming billing/shipping address and tried to sell me a camera battery for 3x any online cost i could find.
4. after 10 days i called to check order status as i had not received any email indicating shipping. vendor claimed item was on backorder (reference #2) and said they would receive a shipment in 1-2 weeks.
5. after another 10 days called back (repeat #4 - yes i got the same response)
6. i cancelled the order.
to date my account has not been charged by this vendor."

"I found this website on Cnet.com and I thought that this would be a trustworthy and creditable site, however I was completely wrong. I placed my order just fine and when it came time to verify my order with the company the representative Allen was very polite in the beginning, and when I declined the extra battery package he was offering Allen turned very rude and tried to tease me by telling me to enjoy my 2-4 week delivery time. I called to complain about the employee named Allen, and they seemed to not even care. It has been a week since I verified my order now and I still haven't received a shipment confirmation which is supposed to take 3-4 days after placing my order. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now just to check my order and when I get someone back on the phone I will just cancel my order because I am getting the runaround. I have talked to three service representatives and nobody can seem to help me with my order status.
I finally got through and when I did I canceled my order. They said I should be getting an email to confirm my cancellation but I haven't received that yet. After I placed the above review I got a call from Roger who works at Bestpricephoto.com. He was polite unlike the other people that I encountered, and even begged me to change my review on here because he knows that it makes their company look bad. He tried throwing in free shipping, a camera bag, lens filters, a memory card and the replacement battery pack that they try to get you to purchase when you call to confirm your order. I refused, the headache and frustration caused by their rudeness and un-professionalism will be noted here. "
"This company has terrible communication. I placed my order for a Canon EOS 7D on May 8th and only received two emails, one stating that my order was processed, the second stating that my order had been charged. There is no order number, no invoice number, no shipping tracking number. I called today since I ordered overnight and was told I would receive my camera today which I did not. I have read some blistering reviews on other sites about this company and have a very bad feeling. If I don't receive my camera tomorrow I will call and write my CC company to reverse this charge. I have already contacted my brother who is an attorney and he is standing by waiting to see if I receive my order and what I paid for. If I receive everything, I will write a favorable review. If not, then I will get my money back either way since I have a great relationship with my bank.
UPDATE:
I just called back twice. The first time I called the rep quickly told me that my order would arrive Tuesday. I called back again and the next rep said that my order had already shipped and that was all he could tell me. He either couldn't or wouldn't give me a tracking number. He suggested I call back tomorrow which I certainly will do. I am very disappointed.
NEW UPDATE
I received a call from Roger today. Actually Roger and I spoke 3 times today. I must say this without compulsion or without a doubt. If Best Price Photo invested in their customer service and communication more, they would blow up. If they could clone Roger, they would be huge. Roger was a man of his word. Roger refunded the shipping charges AND sent me everything that I requested. I can't wait to receive my shipment to make sure but right now I am definitely increasing my satisfaction rating. I will reserve the 5 Stars for until I receive the shipment. However, for now I am pleased to know that I have communicated with a true man of his word.
**FINAL UPDATE**
Today I received my brand new Canon EOS 7D and everything that I had ordered. I again state that Roger Walker is a man of his word. I have read some disparaging reviews from other users and can only hope that future customers have my "post phone call with Roger" experience. My "PR" or Post-Roger experience was what any user would hope for. Every customer deserves this experience every single time. Every user needs to feel the sense of value of purchase that I feel now. Roger promised me that my shipment would arrive by Friday of this week. Guess what, it arrived today!! Roger is one who will over deliver on what he promises. Last I checked, I still had not received my refunded over-night shipping charges but I believe Roger and trust that I will receive it this week. Don't be afraid to purchase from this company...At the first sign of trouble, call and ask to speak directly with Roger...You won't be sorry.

They have promise i will get my camera by Wednesday. yesterday i called your verification department. He promised me to email the tracking number an hour later. i didn't get any info about the shipping. I called the your website number at your office hour, but no answer at all.
The online shopping is about building the trust between customers and the merchant. If you guys working in best price photo continue to doing this kind of business, your business would not last long and you will get the lawsuit very soon. I checked other rating website saying bestpricephoto is a scam and it tells many bad experience with you, which makes me wonder if best price photo website is a fraud since you have cheated so many.

I just received the Camera as Roger agreed. But, buying does not have to be this defficult. It was in a sealed box and i do not see any issues. But, this is first and the last time i would use these guys.
I had a very bad experience with BestPricePhoto.com earlier in the day. I ordered a Canon T3i on Saturday and I received the confirmation e mail. But, by Credit card was not charged until today so I called the 800 number. The rep was very rude thus I replied to the confirmation e mail asking them to cancel the order. And I posed a negative comment about BestPricePhoto.com on this site. After few minutes, I received a call from one Roger Walker. He was very professional and apologized for my bad experience and offered me the Camera and some free items and free upgraded shipping to compensate for my bad experience with them. I still do not have the shipping tracking number or the order confirmation for the second time. But I think I can trust Roger. I will keep the site posted on my experience. So I am changing the my previous comment for now.

My credit card was not charged so I called them asking what happened to my order. "i ordered a canon rebel T3i from this site because they had the cheapest price on the Internet and they offered free shipping and no tax. a day after i placed the order for $484 i recieved an email from them saying that i had to call to confirm my order so i did and the guy on the other end tried to get me to upgrade to a usa made camera instead of the import one i had apparently ordered even when it said nothing about it being an import on the link to the camera. after i refused he seemed annoyed and i hung up. a day after that i received an order saying my item had shipped from new york which is where there headquarters are located.
so far i haven't had any significant problems with this site but i've read a lot of bad reviews about them from other sites saying awful things about this site. my camera is supposed to arrive on May 8th 2013.
if anything is missing or broken i will call them and if they give me any problems i will return the camera and order it from another site. "
