"I am not impressed with this company. We ordered a Canon Rebel T2i for my daughter for her college class. We ordered a 15pc ($695.00) kit so that we would have everything that we would need. I placed the order on Monday afternoon. I received a call from Chris on Thursday. He was checking to see if we would want a battery with our camera purchase. ( I kinda thought that would come with the camera, but not having done this before I agreed to buy a battery and of course to tack on a SD memory card.) Now my new total was $949.99. It was supposed to be a special battery and SD card. After receiving my purchase I was disappointed with the items I received. On their website they sold the battery I received for $69.99 and the SD card for somewhere around $39-$49. I paid $254.99 extra. They threw in an upgraded lens (which does not fit the Canon camera. The flash that came with the kit does not fit the camera either.) I want to return my purchase for a refund but for the past 2 days I have sat on hold for approx. 20 minutes only to be hung up on. I can only hope that with this review BestPricePhoto contacts me because it seems impossible to contact them. Also be sure that they send you an e-mail with specifics of your purchase. After Chris called me to update my order...all I have is my memory of the new purchase (my stupidity and trusting personality) We did not even get a packing slip with our purchase. "

"I was browsing Pricegrabber for Canon Rebel T3i and saw BestPricePhoto.com as the lowest. Then I saw the very first review which was 1 star out of 5. I was skeptical to place an order as low price does not translate to a good order.
Later I searched for the store online and saw some good reviews in ResellerRatings and was convinced to place an order. The order has been fulfilled and very happy with the product as well as the service.

"Mixed feelings. My first email was answered and I placed order for a $400 lens and twoo filters. I pointed out to rep that site says "free 3 day shipping with purchase of 3 accessories", and he said my order didn't qualify but, he'd do it anyhow. I received order about 11 days later.

"Best Price Photo indeed had the cheapest price for the camera and accessories I was looking for! Although the ordering process took a little longer than I had expected (three days after I placed my order for them to call and verify and then three/four days after that my order was actually processed and shipped and arrived another three days after that.. I was waiting in anticipation for awhile!) They did try to sell things that I didn't necessarily need -- like a new battery (which I foolishly fell for, only after they told me the camera came with a "demo" battery that only lasted 20 minutes -- which was a lie)... other than that, I got what I wanted and got a great deal!
