"I had tried Betterhelp for a little over a week and a half, and spend $130 for a total of 6 messages back during that time. My therapist would respond every two days, and they charge $65 a week. My conversation with my therapist was awful. He would repeat the same phrases such as "believe it or not panic attacks are very common amount the general population" and yeah maybe it is, but don't tell me that 3 different times! I get it! My therapist was very dull with his conversations. I considered getting another therapist, but was worried about wasting another couple hundred dollars down the drain. Very disappointed with Betterhelp, and wish I had never gone through with this company. "
