I was quickly (within a day) matched with a counselor that met the criteria I gave better help in the initial questionnaire. The counselor I was matched with (Dr. Kogan) was extremely attentive to my needs and quickly responded to any text based responses I gave and is always on time for our live sessions. She was able to help flip my mood around and I was able to feel more like myself within a few sessions.
