"Very poor internet merchant. Their stock status is not updated nor correct. I ordered a guitar that the website claims is in stock, and still does by the way, and they charged my paypal account anyway. They called me 10 minutes later, good for them, and told me it was not in stock, made no offer to find another like item, and said they would reverse the charge immediately. I called later in the day, still not done, and I was told it was being done "as we speak". Checked the next day and it is still not done. Poor customer service as I called today to check again, and I was hung up on, not once but twice. I can't speak to in store service, but my web experience was very poor, and isn't even over yet."

"I ordered an Original Floyd Rose bridge with a #10 nut. This is not a common nut size, but I saw nowhere on the website indicating that this nut would be a custom part that had to be fabricated at the Floyd Rose plant. Two weeks after my order placement, I had heard nothing from Beyond11 and my order status was still rated as "processing". I was told that my order would ship the next day. A week later I had still not received my item. Another e-mail got me a response that it would ship next week. After not receiving my order in a timely fashion, I wrote again and was given a shipping number and was told that my order would be dropped shipped from Floyd Rose to save me time. Not only was this inaccurate, it was clear from the tracking that my order was being shipped to Beyond 11. I actually got an e-mail apologizing for this and was told that I would get a new tracking number the very next day. 3 days later, I have no tracking number and no bridge. I will consider all other suppliers before I order from Beyond 11 again. "
