"I ordered 11 pleated shades from blindsgalore.com. When I started to hang them, I found that many of them did not hang straight. I discovered what the problem was and, with a needle and thread, I was able to make an adjustment to the crooked shades to make them hang straighter. I had to repair 7 out of 11 shades. I call that poor quality control. I'm giving them a 2 star rating because the shades were relatively inexpensive and the ordering process was easy and the shades arrived safely in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully, the shades will last a good number of years. If not, I'll update this review."
