"Not especially happy with the ordering of my blinds-hopefully, I will be happy with the merchandise. Talked to customer service for help with measuring-finally gave up with his help. Had someone come into the house to measure. Tried to order online and could not enter the sizes-tried over and over. Tried chat line, to no avail. Called customer service and was helped to enter size and order, but wanted to pay with PayPal. She said the order had already been entered, so she would have to give the info to her manager who would e-mail me with information on using PayPal now. Waited, no e-mail. Got an e-mail telling me to call a number to complete my sale. called, explained the problem-was put on hold for ten minutes. Was advised that the manager said he had sent an e-mail, gave me the e-mail address, which was mine, but I told her, again, I had nOT received anything to complete my order other than the one to call this number. She then said I could try and call PayPal to complete the order. I did, did complete, but was not happy with the ordering process. Very frustrating. Beverly Burke
