"I ordered blinds previously. I wanted assistance with a current order. After staying on hold for a long time I was asked if I would like to receive an automated return call.....that never came! The last order actually took much longer to ship. However, we were happy with the end product. I wanted to make sure the current blinds would match the previous order since the color names have apparently (and not sure why) changed. I took a leap of faith and ordered them since I need them ASAP. Hopefully the "ship in 3-4 business day" actually takes place this time. I also hope the color is what I ordered before. Customer service was not of any help."

"All blinds fit like a glove! I started off with several fabric sample swatches before I choose a style. Then, it was easy to order and install. I was contacted a few times with offers to help during the process as well! With my first order I did not take into account that I could not reach the top of the roller shade above the kitchen sink until we had installed the other blinds on the main floor. My error! I called and was able to return the blind and they had a new one out to me with a cord right away! Now, 2 years later, I am a returning customer to install blinds upstairs."
