"Choices are limited (fewer fabrics than others), and the website isn’t easy to use (who chooses window coverings by product??? Why can’t I set up my list of windows and try out various options or switch products after seeing price or changing mind without having to re enter the info? If I enter the size of a window before hitting customize, why doesn’t it keep my measurements???) BUT prices are great and the chat function useful to get good answers where the website failed, hence my “meh” rating. "
