"The website was OK for customizing and ordering the blind in the specific size no real complaints there. But was going to be on vacation for a week and I could not customize my delivery time. Got a cheerfully I can’t help you response from customer service which was not satisfactory. Having to arrange for a friend to come and meet/drag delivery into my house. If you can’t control your delivery times you’re simply just a middleman making profit. That does not sit well with me and I probably will not use your service again."
