Enter Blindsgalore! I ordered blinds for the lower set of windows a year ago and I love them but I need blinds for the high-up windows, also. So I have placed my second order and I can't wait for the new blinds to arrive. The chat help was very useful as I figured out how to build blinds for windows that are 9' off the floor."
"The website projects 4-6 days for most orders. After I placed the order on 6/14, I received an "estimated ship date" email for a ship date of 6/30. Maybe the vendor is using some sort of "new math" but that works out to over ten business days - a 67% "miss".
The reminder for the "survey" states "but now that you've probably received your product, we wanted to see if that's changed anything about your experience."
The "survey" bot also fails - from an order date of 6/14 - unless the manufacturer produced the order in 4 days and the shipment was only three days - there is no way the order could have been received.
