"You do not designate which roller is for blackout and which is for light filtering. My perspective would be the roller closes to the window would be the blackout roller. But not the case here as solar shade options are present for the back roller. With that said, light filtering should be available for the outer roller but are not. Take a look at springblinds.com's layout which made selection less confusing. I also had to google what the % meant which should be available on your page. An informed consumer is a happy one."
