"I have already ordered five Roman shades and I love all of them.. I was extremely impressed with the ordering and delivery process, and even more with the quality.
I also think the price point is fair given that they are custom made.
My only suggestion for improvement would be in the directions for installation. We basically had to reinstall them a second time to get them correct. I thought they were rather vague and just a few helpful hints would have made it a lot easier. "
