After i placed my order online. i had a question regarding Alexa/Google compatibility. I tried to contact customer service via email, it has been a week, no response or acknowledgment. I tried to request a contact on line, it has been a week, no one contact me. I tried to call, was on hold for 25 mins, someone picked up the phone, did not answered my question and immediately transferred my call and i was on hold again.... I m concerning that if there is an issue with my order i won't be able to resolve my order in a timely manner. What is a first time customer's nightmare. "

"Price for blind showed the discounted amount when browsing, so it looked like the real price would be 50% of that amount. instead, when i got to the cart, the price was doubled so the discount was the original price. They also tossed in a $5.99 processing fee with no clear explanation. Why not just make it 6 dollars?"
