"After visiting the website I had some doubts about measuring for order. I wish you a had a drawing indicating the actual width of the fabric compared to the dimension I ordered. I had to make a phone call to clarify those details. I also was told that the company would not provide me with side rails for the fabric to lower the amount of light that might to get trough gaps on the sides."

"we bought top down/bottom up shades with strings. the strings were not great quality and broke (within a year of use). we were able to keep using the shades for awhile with a broken string although a major hassle bc the shades would not rise/lower on both sides at the same time. Finally the string completely came undone and the shade was no longer operable. when we tried to get in touch with customer service to have them replaced or order a new one we received absolutely no response. bottom line, we aren't real happy with quality of product or customer service."
