Tried chatting and Was # 4 on the Que, went to # 1 in about an hour, t then when I got to # 1 I waited for almost another hour and was kicked out. Finally talked to a human at & 7 PM when I got through and spoke with B. She was helpful and I ordered the samples. We will see how the rest of the transaction goes when the order is finally placed.
