"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a online blind company. I had looked at placing an order for some cellular shades and the website couldn't give me a delivery date. So I called customer service and they told me about 2 weeks for delivery. So I placed the order on 06/15/2020 and it told me that I would be emailed a delivery date. After 2 days, still no answer. Then I called customer service again and they and they told me that the blinds wouldn't be shipped until 07/14/2020. Unacceptable, so I called back on 06/16/2020 to cancel the order and get a refund, ANOTHER NIGHTMARE!!!!!
They told me that they will have to wait for the factory to confirm the cancellation and then I would have to wait another week to be issued a refund. What a SCAM!!! I have never seen such a process from such a disorganized online ordering system and a mess to be issued a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM ARTISTS.
They have nothing but horrible reviews on YELP. I wish that I would of seen them before placing any order with Blindsgalore"

I put my order for 2 shads to have left side cords.
Than I ordered 2 of the same shades with right side cords.
When I tried to check out the cords were all on the left side. When I tried to change the 2 to right side it keep going back to the left side.
I ended up putting in a note to make sure 2 are right side cord and 2 are left side cord. Hope you read the note!!"
