"Took 3 weeks to get the original order - and was then sent wrong color (black instead of seashell). I had to send proof to them that I received the wrong color and then they said that a customer service person would get back to me in 24-48 hours. It has been almost a week now and nothing!!! I have tried to call them 3 times and could never get through (after very long waits). I left a message one day and never got a call back. The great customer service the message on the phone touts while you are on hold forever is just not true!! I am very frustrated right now and hope I can get my order - one day!! Do not recommend this company for your blinds. There are plenty other companies out there!! "
