"Have purchased several blinds from Blinds Galore and never disappointed!"
"My experience with customer service was poor before I even purchased anything, so I did not order from them. I ordered Levolor shades from Lowe's in Nov 2021. Levolor does not have the fabric I chose, so the shades have been delayed until at least April 2022. Deciding I had waited long enough, I canceled the Lowe's order. On the Blinds Galore website I saw the exact same Levolor shades in the exact fabric I wanted, so I called Blinds Galore to inquire if they could get the material from Levolor and they said no - if Levlor doesn't have it, they can't get it. I asked why then were they advertising that they could ship those exact blinds in 7-10 days. The reply, "If the shades are on backorder we would call the customer to let them know." Well, that's just way too late. Why not tell the customer BEFORE the purchase is made, especially now that you are aware of the backorder? And, especially given you do not offer refunds. So, Blinds Galore is willing to take my order, take my money, advertise 7-10 days shipping and the AFTER THE FACT - AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY WITH A NO REFUND POLICY - tell me the fabric is on backorder. This is a shameful way to conduct business. Holding customers' money hostage knowing you cannot deliver as advertised makes me now understand why there are so many negative customer service reviews on this company.
I requested a call from a manager to discuss the matter and instead, I received an email from Brian Bittick, Sales Manager. He responded to questions I did not ask. I emailed back that he was given erroneous information and that he did not answer my questions. I explained that the matter warranted a phone conversation and I sent my phone number. He has not called me."
