Order Not Fulfilled

"I placed an order for shades after receiving fabric samples. My credit card was billed. I received an email saying my order was in shipping, then moments later received a phone call saying my order was unable to be fulfilled due to the fabric not being available. 1) Blindsgalore should keep the online selection availability current 2) My credit card should not have been charged before verifying the fabric was available 3) Blindsgalore misleads the customer by posting shipping information before the order has even been produced (or in my case, without the order being produced at all). "
