I've had their motorized Select Celluar single 1/2" cell for about 3 years and just started again to add to the collection - now I have 7 with more on the way. The Android and IOS apps are functional, if not real polished. OK Google works better than Alexa, but it's serviceable and I use her several times a day. If I had to fault the operation, I would say that their online documentation needs updating and expanding. But being in IT myself, I get that the documentation process is a PITA.
