"I ordered a blind that was 1 inch over the shipping max- 1 inch (and after calling customer service and asking if they could wave the $70 shipping fee to compete with the three other comps I had priced (that DIDN'T charge for shipping they said it was impossible... NOTHING is impossible). The only reason I went with this company was because I could get the blind without cords... I think an exception could have been made- and I think it would be SO INCREDIBLE if the company still contacted me and refunded my $70 'one-inch over' shipping charge... fingers crossed and holding my breath. In the mean time- SHOP AROUND PEOPLE!"
