When I click on it, the site goes back to most of the default settings, so you have to reconfigure the majority of the blind if you want to only change the color, for example. Relatively minor with my one blind order, but I can see how it would be very irritating if you were buying blinds for your house and wanted to change the color of all of them."

"Apparently I missed some key point in the online ordering. I recommend that you STRONGLY encourage ALL customers to order via phone as certain products have restrictions that aren't clear on the website. My issue was that I ordered swatches for a certain product only to find out that the size I needed was not available for that product and style. However, when I entered the measurements in the system, I didn't receive notice that I couldn't order that product. Missed out on a 50% savings because I need to order samples for a different product. My bad for waiting until last minute, but the online experience should be clearer."
