Stay Away from Blindsgalore

"Please see below, my email to CEO of Blindsgalore.
Alissa,

My name is Edward J. Macina, I have purchased several window treatments from your company in the past few years without any issues at all.

On August 22nd, 2019 I placed an order for 2 Bali cellular shades the size was 36" X 48" color Stone Gray, with a delivery date of September 3rd, 2019

On August 23rd, 2019 I placed an order for Levlor vertical blinds size 80" X 82" color beige, with a delivery date of September 5th, 2019.

The Vertical blinds were delivered the first week of September, the only problem was one of the Veins were soiled and your customer service department placed a replacement order for one vein.

On September 11th, 2019 we finally received the Bali shades. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed it was the wrong color. I called the customer service department, & the person I spoke with stated it takes 24hrs to receive a credit from Bali.

I reached out to the customer service department again today. I spoke to a service representative who said D'Asia Johnson (listed in the email below) would call me back in 5 minutes, that she had my paper work in her hand. I have called back several times and emailed several times and have yet to receive a response.

After the promised delivery date came and went I called customer service & I was told in 2 days I would receive the shades. Sept. 5th & Sept 7th & Sept 9th I called to find out where the delivery was as I still had not received the order and I was told every time I called that I would get the delivery in 2 days however I did not receive delivery until Sept. 11th.

As seen in the below email. D'Asia claims that the shades I received were Stone grey however I did NOT receive the Stone grey as I ordered but instead received White which is NOT the color I ordered.

Since customer service has yet to get back to me as promised, and I have still received no relief. I have reached out to my Amex bank and put this transaction in dispute.

As a reoccurring customer, Your customer service department has a lot to be desired. I have already replaced the blinds through another company and my son now has privacy in his own bedroom instead of sleeping in the guest bedroom for the past 3 weeks.
