We took on the daunting task of locating outdoor roller shades for our new custom screened porch with tight spaces between columns and each screened section. Blindsgalore was one of the very few places I could easily define a custom size down to the 1/8". Robert in customer service was able to not only answer our questions, but educate us on the minute details I was concerned about in terms of 2 split shades vs 1 long one per section, the measurements of the mounting brackets and clarify the difference between the tolerance of the inside vs outside measurements at the factory. While we are mounting these on the outside of the frames, I need to be cognizant of the max space I have and to do so Robert suggested ordering the roller shades as inside and asking for the wall mount brackets--pure brilliance! This has allowed us to fill as much of the cavity between columns as possible without sacrificing material loss in the process.
I see future purchases with Blindsgalore AND referrals to anyone who I might know looking for window treatments.
To be clear, we did NOT get any free samples as we're confident in the color we chose, but would probably do so in the future when we're not up against the clock for a great sale--who wouldn't want to get up to 15 samples for FREE?
I will update this as necessary if I feel the quality does not live up to what I've read on-line, though I'm sure this will stay 5 stars!"
