"I ordered three Roman shades, after receiving a swatch of the fabric in the mail. The blinds I received were not the same color at the swatch. They were a cream color instead of the white the swatch showed. If your swatches do match the actual color of the fabric you use,
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT COLOR? After speaking with the consultant who was supposed to send me samples in the mail and NEVER did. I called back and left a message weeks later and never got a call back. I called again today and they will not refund my money. Choosing something else is not an option for me as you do not have the c color I want. "
