"Nothing major, but I was ordering a very wide roller blind. I chose a spring roller. After getting to the bottom of all the customization choices, then there's a message saying that it has to be a continuous cord. Why did both options appear as available choices? Or, why isn't the warning shown near the lift options?
Also, it appeared that this very wide blind had free shipping available. It was only after getting to the cart, that the $70 shipping surprise was revealed because the width was over 94". Why couldn't this extra shipping charge be shown on the customization page?
Luckily for me, I can (hopefully) get away with a slightly narrower blind. Ultimately, I'm getting a nice deal with your sale. These two issues were minor annoyances. I'm looking forward to covering my wide window, plus some smaller ones."
"My first set on faux wood blinds arrived quickly. They were easy to install and they look great!!!! My builder did give me some bad measurements for one set of windows, so I wasted some money on that order.
