"Seriously, several emails back and forth, multiple phone calls, and absolutely no numbers in writing. I would have appreciated a discussion of the differences in features and cost when I mentioned different options, such as if channeling was possible or that I didn't know if the single header for a triple window needed 3 shades or just 1. I really didn't want to pay 150% as much for a single cell just to get channeling or twice as much for 3 shades instead of 1 but I had to enter all my measurements in the website to actually do any comparisons. It was just annoying and time consuming after I had already emailed all my measurements and then individually confirmed them over the phone. Also, any kind of price break would have been nice. I get that there is a large sale but I have 33 windows in my house that I want to get blinds for. I'm starting with the 16 on my first floor because there is no point in pushing to my max budget just to get the current sale. I've been shopping options and reviewing samples for months. I'll just wait for the next big sale to get my next set of blinds. Assuming I like these ones when they arrive"
