"I had to make multiple phone calls to get my order shipped. These were run of the mill parts for a rear brake job. Rotors, pads, a brake sensor cable and two hex bolts. Nothing exotic that had to be shipped here from Germany. What irked me the most is that I had to chase after my parts. After I hadn't heard anything for days, I called the parts department. There was an answering machine saying it could not store any more messages. This was my first order from the company and I started to think this was a fly-by-night operation. When I called the dealer number a very pleasant lady promised me that someone would check on my order and contact me the following day. When nobody called me back I was getting more suspicious. The day after that I thankfully reached a real person in the parts department, who told me I was on the list of people that were to be contacted. The sensor cable I had ordered was apparently not the correct one for my car and I would have to pay an additional $5.-- to get the correct one. No big deal. I was happy to pay it. My parts finally shipped out 14 days after I initially placed the order. I am relieved to have my parts but I am somewhat underwhelmed by the service."
