Unfortunately, my order was short one item which is holding me up in completing a project on my vehicle. The envelope with the part in question was clearly labelled qty. 2 while I ordered 3 of the item - someone just missed it when packing the order.

Response times to emails is not great. Still waiting for the missing part, and two email requests for a status update have gone unanswered for nearly a week."
