"Rented a car through booking buddy in October 2015 for Fox Rent a Car in Las Vegas. We were sent a confirmation of $122.64. When we went to get the car we were told the rate was not valid and were charged $280.57. Booking Buddy had already charge us an additional $25.44 for a total of $306.01. When we returned the car we were able to get $150 back for a total cost of $156.01 which was $33.37 over what Booking Buddy promised us. I email Booking Buddy but no one will get back to me. When I called I was put on hold and agent never came back. The car was also dented, dirty and had 2 cracks in the windshield. "

The site was very simple, and it made searching for my trip across multiple sites very convenient. I must’ve searched about a dozen sites through Bookingbuddy before I found what I felt were the best ticket prices for my flight. I looked around some other websites as well just to be sure, and I couldn’t find anything better than what was offered on bookingbuddy.

The site is very convenient. Just be aware that you’re not actually buying your travel through Bookingbuddy. They sent me to another site (Expedia) to make my final purchase.
