"Rented a car through booking buddy in October 2015 for Fox Rent a Car in Las Vegas. We were sent a confirmation of $122.64. When we went to get the car we were told the rate was not valid and were charged $280.57. Booking Buddy had already charge us an additional $25.44 for a total of $306.01. When we returned the car we were able to get $150 back for a total cost of $156.01 which was $33.37 over what Booking Buddy promised us. I email Booking Buddy but no one will get back to me. When I called I was put on hold and agent never came back. The car was also dented, dirty and had 2 cracks in the windshield."
