"STAY FROM THE SCAM COMPANY! I bought a $1000+ tv bench and ended up receiving a 200-lb coffee table. Called them 10+ times to pick up the wrong item and send me a refund. No one responded and people were always gone for the day.

"I canceled an order less than 24 hours after placing it online. I was told I would receive a follow-up email about the cancelation the next day and when I didn't, I called to follow-up. I was told the item had been shipped but when I asked for shipping information, I was denied the details. I was then told the items hadn't shipped but that it was too hard to stop the order. Then I was told the items were in queue waiting for labels but when I asked to have the process stopped, I was told that couldn't be done. On this forum alone, the company has as many BAD reviews as it does GOOD. I should have paid attention. Do not buy from this company. Their on-line efforts to appear reasonable are 100% at odds with their customer service in real life. "

"I ordered an item on Dec. 8th thinking it would arrive before Christmas. When I didn't receive any tracking info I called and they said the item would not ship until mid January. Okay, not great when there's no notification about shipping time on their website indicating this.
Mid January rolls around and I do not receive a tracking number so I call again. Now the item isn't going to ship until the end of January.
Beginning of February rolls around and still no tracking so I call again and speak with Jaimie. This time they say "Oh it's in stock so I don't know why it hasn't shipped yet. Let me get back to you." Of course no one does so I have to call back again. "It looks like Jaimie sent an email to the manufacturer, but hasn't heard back yet." I say I want to speak with a manager, but conveniently they are in a meeting and will call me back. Of course no manager has called me.
Do not purchase anything from this company! Their service and communication is horrific!"
"I purchased a big ballon top bookend. It never arrived, I tried reaching out with costumer service and the emails provided by the store and i never received a reply. Went to check up on their other sites and I found out this same situation is recurrent with many costumers. They have disabled comments from their Instagram account as many people were complaining in the comments. "

( not put together either) The credenza (which I also after phone calls was promised this would not happen again , was once again left at the door and broken. Lots of promises but nothing done. Not one to leave bad feedback but do not buy from them. Empty promises and you're left with broken items. BAD BAD customer service."
"I got an order confirmation, but, 30 days later, I haven't received any communication since. I called the number listed on the website to try to get a status of my order and it went to voice mail. I "left a message" on the chat bot on the website and it said it would get a response within 24 hours. I didn't. I went to BBB and there are a number of similar complaints: ordered, money drafted, months later still no product or communication. I think this company is a scam."
